How do I figure out how much it will cost me?
RJMetrics prices are based on the number of users or customers in your database. There is no limit on the number of visitors to your website, and you can create accounts for all of your coworkers, investors, and partners. The prices listed above include 100 million rows of data, but you can store much more than that in our enterprise plans.
We offer both monthly and annual billing. We accept payment by credit card and PayPal for all customers. For customers on annual billing, we accept checks and wire transfers as payment methods as well.
What does Phone & Email Support mean?
Our support includes fixing problems you encounter when using the product, making any changes to your data warehouse that are not available in the dashboard, and helping you find articles and documentation to help you build new reports or solve any other issues you might have.
After you give us access to your data and answer a few questions about your business, our team of analysts will design a custom data warehouse and build your initial set of dashboards. We do the heavy lifting for you so that you can get value out of our system as quickly as possible. This process is completed within one week. Once your dashboards are built, we will conduct a one hour, web-based training session for you and your team.
